Why it Works

Our local program works because it follows the successful format of the Houston Fit program, which has been refined and improved over the past 12 years. The Runner's World Golden Shoe Award winning Denver Fit programs have improved the health, fitness and wellness of thousands of people each year throughout the USA, Canada and around the world. Our Denver Fit coaches are certified by Denver Fit, and have successfully completed many marathons themselves. We coach from personal experience in completing the Denver Fit program locally or in other cities, and we're excited to share our experience with you - come join us.
